Starting from January 12, IQOS CLUB will switch to a new loyalty system based on badges, and the current points and status system (Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers) will be discontinued. Instead of collecting points, the new badge-based system gives you access to exclusive rewards, privileges, and benefits. Our goal is to simplify the program, align rewards with your activities, and offer you more meaningful experiences. The new program launches on January 12, 2026, with a transition period so you can continue enjoying current benefits while exploring the new badge system.

You need to use your available IQOS CLUB benefits by December 31, 2025. After this date, any unused benefits will no longer be available in the new IQOS CLUB.

You can collect points until December 31, 2025. After that date, points will be discontinued and IQOS CLUB will switch to badges. Take the opportunity to earn transitional badges by the end of the year.

They are Gold and Platinum badges that you can earn by December 31, 2025, based on the number of points collected in the current version of IQOS CLUB: Gold badge: 150–299 points. Platinum badge: 300+ points. These badges give you access to a game starting January 12, 2026, which will bring a corresponding reward to all users. The badge determines the value of the reward – Platinum offers the most valuable.

Points and tier statuses will be discontinued, and registration for the new IQOS CLUB will be temporarily unavailable from January 1, 2026, to January 12, 2026. But don’t worry – all transactions you make during this period will be recorded and added to your profile starting from January 12, 2026.
