IQOS Circular Program is a conscious and responsible way to reduce negative impact on the environment. As an IQOS user, collect your used SMARTCORE™ sticks, place them in the designated bag, and bring them to us for recycling. We will send them for recycling and use them for energy recovery.
You can collect and return only the SMARTCORE™ sticks.
You can return as many bags as you can carry at one time, just make sure you make use of the bags and return them full.
You can use your bag to collect the SMARTCORE™ sticks and drop them at the nearest IQOS™ Store. We'll help transfer them to a special collection bag.
We collaborate with our partner who helps us properly collect, recycle, and direct them for energy recovery.
With every return of a filled recycling bag, you have the opportunity to earn the Eco Hero badge in the IQOS CLUB and receive additional benefits.
