Quick replacement in case of device failure is possible

If your IQOS device has a system failure within the within the deadline of compliance, we will simply replace your IQOS with a new device.  It is important to know that you can replace both the holder and the charger separately.

If you're on vacation or on a business trip and need help with your IQOS, don't worry, because the warranty is valid in different countries. IQOS currently has an official representative office in over 70 countries around the world. It is only necessary to have an IQOS device with you and you will get all the help you need.

You have the option of replacing the device after serious physical damage

IQOS CLUB allows you to replace the device once, even in the case of more serious physical damage that affects the operation of the device. This replacement can be done once, within 12 months from the date of purchase of the device. So, take care of your IQOS! 

In order to replace an IQOS device, you do not need to bring a warranty certificate or other documentation, it is enough that the device is registered in the system. Just bring the device and we'll replace it.
