A new software version for IQOS 3 DUO

Having the best possible tobacco experience is very important to us! 

As with any other electronic device (eg. your smartphone), IQOS too needs occasional software upgrades in order to keep optimal performance.

Recently, the latest, improved version of the software has arrived, which ensures additional stability of the IQOS DUO device.

Now you can check whether your IQOS needs an update and if so, perform it on your own, without having to visit the IQOS zone, wherever you are in Serbia, by following this link. It will only take a few minutes.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SOFTWARE UPGRADE:

1.  You can access the self-service software upgrade web app from Serbia only.
2.  We recommend upgrading your IQOS DUO using a desktop or laptop computer. Use the original IQOS cable to connect IQOS with the PC, and access the firmware upgrade web app via Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. This way you will be able to upgrade both the holder and pocket charger.
