Notice and Consent for the Collection and Processing of Personal Data

Purpose of Data Collection and Processing:

1.    Providing customer support to users of smokeless nicotine products, including the tobacco heating system and other devices intended for the consumption of products containing nicotine;

2.    Informing consumers about the functioning and properties of smokeless nicotine products, including the tobacco heating system and other devices intended for the consumption of products containing nicotine;

3.    Sending/receiving commercial offers related to smokeless nicotine products, including the tobacco heating system and other devices intended for the consumption of products containing nicotine or other devices marketed by the Data Controller.

4.    Informing consumers about activities organized by PMOP or its business partners related to smokeless nicotine products, including the tobacco heating system and other devices intended for the consumption of products containing nicotine;

5.    Conducting consumer surveys;

6.    Providing evidence of compliance with PMOP’s internal practices as an importer of products, which prohibit the sale of smokeless nicotine products, including the tobacco heating system and other devices intended for the consumption of products containing nicotine, to minors.

Philip Morris Operations a.d. Niš is committed to respecting and protecting your privacy. No data you have provided will be sold or sent to third parties contrary to your consent below, or without your approval. You can request the deletion of your data from the database by submitting a written request or by calling the toll-free number: 0800 800 808. In the same way, you can also revoke the consents stated below.

By this consent, I confirm that I am:

• An adult, i.e., over 18 years old; 

• A smoker or consumer of tobacco or other nicotine products; 

• Voluntarily providing data about my name and surname, gender, mobile phone number, email address, date of birth, place of residence, etc. (collectively: “Data”) and hereby give consent for the processing of the Data in accordance with the purposes of processing stated here and in accordance with the privacy notice published on our websites www.iqos.com and www.zyn.com;

• Agree that PMOP (or a service provider authorized by PMOP) may contact me via email, SMS, phone, or other means of communication for customer support, information, and support related to the functioning of smokeless nicotine products, including the tobacco heating system and other devices intended for the consumption of products containing nicotine, as well as to receive other information (commercial offers) related to smokeless nicotine products, including the tobacco heating system and other devices intended for the consumption of products containing nicotine, and for other purposes stated in this document.

• Agree that PMOP may record any telephone conversations between me and the Customer Service for smokeless nicotine products, including the tobacco heating system and other devices intended for the consumption of products containing nicotine, for the purpose of achieving the stated processing purposes and related analytics, as well as for improving its services and protecting its or consumers’ legitimate interests.

• Agree that PMOP, in accordance with the regulations of the Republic of Serbia, may share the Data with its business partners or service providers in Serbia, as well as with affiliated companies under the umbrella of Philip Morris International, including but not limited to Philip Morris Products S.A. Switzerland and PMI Service Center Europe Sp. z.o.o. Poland; 

• Agree that PMOP or any of the above-mentioned companies may use or forward the Data to the research company IPSOS in the United Kingdom, or any other market research agency engaged (as a data processor on behalf of and for the account of PMOP or any of the affiliated companies) for the purpose of conducting market research or determining customer satisfaction, which participation I can refuse free of charge and at any time.

• Agree to receive various notifications and materials that PMOP considers may be of significance or interest to me; 

• Agree that PMOP may form a database of the Data, as well as other notifications, information, and statements that I may provide, and use them for the purposes stated in this document, and that all this data may be stored at locations outside the Republic of Serbia, in accordance with the regulations of the Republic of Serbia; 

• Acknowledge that I have the right to access personal data collected about me by PMOP under the conditions provided by law, the right to request a copy, correction, supplementation, updating, or deletion of such data, as well as the right to legal protection as provided by law in case of their processing contrary to the law.
