General Terms of Lending a Tobacco Heating Device

The General Terms of Lending a Tobacco Heating Device (“General Terms”) define the rights and obligations between you and the owner of the tobacco heating device that has been lended to you, UGS PRO d.o.o. Beograd, a company registered under the company number 20724242 with its headquarters in Belgrade, Sarajevska 29 (hereinafter referred to as the Owner).

The tobacco heating device that has been lended to you includes: the device, charging adapter, and a USB cable.

By accepting the tobacco heating device, you confirm that the device has been handed to you in working condition, without any visible defects or damage, that you have undertaken the obligation to return the device to the Owner no later than the date communicated to you verbally and in writing (including email), and that you are familiar with and accept the General Terms of Lending a Tobacco Heating Device upon prior communication with IQOS representatives.

Upon expiration of the lending period, you are required to return the same tobacco heating device that was lended to you, to the same place where it was handed to you or to another suitable location as agreed upon with the Owner's representative.

The tobacco heating device has been lended to you for a period of 15 days.

You are authorized to use the tobacco heating device during the lending period at no charge. If you do not return the tobacco heating device or any part of the device or the USB cable or adapter within 3 days after the expiration of the lending period, you are obliged to compensate for the value of a new tobacco heating device or the missing part of the device.

The tobacco heating device remains the property of the Owner during the lending period, and you have no other rights to the tobacco heating device except for the right to use the device in accordance with the General Terms. The lending of the tobacco heating device cannot be interpreted as a sale or gift in any way, but exclusively as the right to use the device free of charge during the lending period.
