General Terms and Conditions for Participation in the IQOS CLUB Program

1. Overview of the IQOS CLUB Program

1.1 IQOS CLUB is a badge-based program for our loyal IQOS, lil, and VEEV ONE customers. Through IQOS CLUB, you can collect badges by performing certain actions, and in return, we offer Benefits, including unique events and experiences, chances to win prizes, and special offers.

1.2 We use certain defined terms in these General Terms and Conditions, which are highlighted in bold. A list of these defined terms is provided in Section 14.


2. Application of the General Terms and Conditions

2.1 These General Terms and Conditions (General Terms) apply to and govern your participation in the IQOS CLUB program (IQOS CLUB). Please read the General Terms carefully as they affect your legal rights and govern the nature of your relationship with Philip Morris Operations A.D. Niš, 18000 Niš, Bulevar 12. februar 74 (PMOP).

2.2 During your membership, you agree to comply with these General Terms. If you do not agree (or cannot comply), you may cancel your membership at any time by contacting IQOS Customer Care (email: contact.rs@iqos.com; toll-free number: 0800 800 808). Membership in IQOS CLUB and these General Terms apply in the country of your registered residence according to our IQOS database.

2.3 We also reserve the right to amend the General Terms and technical conditions, services, and Benefits of the IQOS CLUB program at any time upon notice. If you do not agree with such changes, you may terminate your membership in the IQOS CLUB program.

2.4 You may not amend these General Terms unless PMOP provides explicit written consent.


3. Eligibility

3.1 Use of the IQOS CLUB program is at our discretion, and we may reject your application for any reason. We may also terminate your right to use the IQOS CLUB program for any reason, including violation of these General Terms.

3.2 You are eligible for membership in the IQOS CLUB program only if: (i) you are an adult smoker and user of IQOS or VEEV ONE devices, over 18 years of age, and registered in our IQOS database; and (ii) your primary residence is in a country where the IQOS CLUB program is available.

3.3 Membership in the IQOS CLUB program is open only to individuals. Companies, partnerships, unincorporated associations, and other legal entities are not eligible.

3.4 An IQOS CLUB member may not hold multiple memberships. You may maintain only one account in the IQOS CLUB program.

4. Membership Requirements

4.1 To become an IQOS CLUB member, you must have at least one registered eligible device, as described in Section 4.2 (Device) in our database. If you have more than one registered Device, you will still have only one membership in the IQOS CLUB program. If we amend the General Terms and you continue to use IQOS CLUB services and Benefits or register another Device, you agree to comply with the amended General Terms. You can register a Device: (i) through your account on iqos.com; (ii) by calling Customer Care at 0800 800 808; or (iii) at participating IQOS zones.

4.2 Eligible Devices for IQOS CLUB membership include:

4.2.1 IQOS 2.4, IQOS 2.4+, IQOS 3, IQOS 3 Duo, ILUMA PRIME, ILUMA, ILUMA ONE, IQOS ILUMA PRIME, IQOS ILUMA, IQOS ILUMA ONE, Lil Ez, VEEV ONE

4.2.2 IQOS 3 MULTI

4.2.3 Any future IQOS device that qualifies for IQOS CLUB membership.

4.3 Registration can be completed at any time, provided you are an adult and a registered user of one of the listed Device models.

4.4 Membership in IQOS CLUB and the services and Benefits provided are personal and cannot be transferred to third parties.

4.5 The IQOS CLUB program is available only in certain countries. Your use of the program is linked to the country of your residence. If you change your country of residence, your membership in that country will automatically expire, and you must notify us and reapply for IQOS CLUB membership in your new country of residence (if available there).


5. Actions to Earn Badges

5.1 Members can earn digital badges by completing certain activities or sets of activities defined within IQOS CLUB. Activities may include, but are not limited to, purchasing products, interactions, or participation in events.

5.2 Members can view the current list of required activities and their progress through their IQOS CLUB account.

5.3 Only you can claim Benefits based on earned badges. Benefits can only be used by you unless a specific Benefit explicitly allows use by others.

5.4 Required activities may change without prior notice, and Philip Morris may add, modify, or remove activities at any time at its sole discretion.

5.5 Members are responsible for timely and accurate completion of required activities within the defined eligibility period to earn a badge. Activities completed outside the eligibility period will not count toward badge qualification.

5.6 Certain badges or badge levels may require additional conditions or criteria to become available. These criteria will be communicated within IQOS CLUB and may be modified or updated at any time without prior notice at Philip Morris’s discretion.

5.7 Some Benefits may be provided by our business partners (Business Partners). Business Partner Benefits may be subject to the Business Partner’s terms and conditions. PMOP will make reasonable efforts to ensure the availability of such Benefits but will not be liable for any loss caused by a Business Partner’s failure to provide such Benefit, except where such failure was caused by PMOP. In such cases, PMOP’s liability will be limited to the monetary value of the Benefit.

5.8 PMOP reserves the right to: (i) terminate relationships with Business Partners and access to such Benefits for any reason at any time; and (ii) modify Benefits for any reason at any time. PMOP will notify you of any such changes, for example, via updated information on the IQOS CLUB website or by email.

5.9 If, after receiving any Benefit or gift from us, you decide to share content about our products on social media, please do so responsibly, bearing in mind that IQOS is not risk-free and is intended only for adult smokers who would otherwise continue smoking. Your content should not be accessible to minors or non-smokers. Additionally, please clearly indicate that you received a gift from us.


6. Benefits

6.1 As an IQOS CLUB member, you can earn Benefits for activities with PMOP and our Business Partners in various ways. Some examples include: purchasing a new IQOS ILUMA device, purchasing IQOS ILUMA accessories, referring IQOS ILUMA (using your referral code), or visiting an IQOS zone. PMOP may, at its discretion, change the rules and methods for earning badges at any time upon prior notice. All ways to earn IQOS CLUB badges can be found at:

6.2 Upon earning a badge, members gain the right to select a Benefit from the list of available options displayed in their IQOS CLUB account.

Benefit selection may vary depending on stock and availability, and PMOP does not guarantee that a specific Benefit will always be available. Earning a badge does not necessarily mean receiving a Benefit — some badges do not provide any Benefits.

6.3 Benefits associated with badges can only be claimed by you and cannot be transferred to another member or any third party.

6.4 PMOP records badges in your membership account. Benefits and badges are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Certain Benefits may have restrictions and/or expiration dates, and PMOP reserves the right to limit quantities, replace Benefits, or modify Benefit offerings at any time without prior notice at its sole discretion.

6.5 In case of any dispute regarding badge entitlement, PMOP may require you to provide proof of completing the activity for which you claim a badge. PMOP must receive claims within six (6) months of the activity.

6.6 Benefits associated with badges become available immediately upon earning the badge unless otherwise stated.

Benefits may include discounts, event access, or exclusive offers, which will be displayed within IQOS CLUB.

6.7 From time to time, PMOP may offer monetary vouchers to IQOS CLUB members. Such vouchers may be offered for services provided by IQOS CLUB partners. General terms published with each voucher offer will apply and, in case of conflict, will prevail over these General Terms.

6.8 If, after receiving any Benefit or gift from us, you decide to share content about our products on social media, please do so responsibly, bearing in mind that IQOS is not risk-free and is intended only for adult smokers who would otherwise continue smoking. Your content should not be accessible to minors or non-smokers. Additionally, please clearly indicate that you received a gift from us.


7. Badges

7.1 A badge is a digital recognition awarded to members for completing certain activities or sets of activities within a defined eligibility period and may grant access to associated Benefits as determined by Philip Morris.

7.2 Eligibility periods for badges:

•    Occasional badges: Linked to a specific campaign or event, with eligibility defined by start and end dates. Duration will be specified for each badge.

•    Always-available badges: These badges have an annual eligibility period. Members can earn these badges once per calendar year (January 1 to December 31). Eligibility resets at the start of each calendar year.

•    Permanent badges: These badges have no eligibility period unless otherwise stated in IQOS CLUB.

•    Transitional badges: These badges (Gold and Platinum) will be available for one month after the launch of the new IQOS CLUB. Any user who retained Gold or Platinum status as of January 1, 2026, will receive these badges and have the opportunity to win a prize by the end of January. All details are available on the IQOS CLUB platform.

7.3 A badge can only be earned once within its defined eligibility period.

For annual badges, this means once per year; for campaign badges, once per campaign.

7.4 Badge requirements, eligibility criteria, and availability may vary and are subject to change at any time without prior notice at Philip Morris’s discretion.

7.5 Philip Morris reserves the right to modify badge rules, eligibility periods, or requirements at any time without prior notice at its sole discretion.

7.6 PMOP has the right to investigate any member’s participation in IQOS CLUB to detect intentional or unintentional irregularities in awarding Benefits and to review the use or misuse of referral codes for personal gain. Investigation occurs when a referral code is used more than five times. Members may share their referral code in any way they choose, provided such communication qualifies as personal communication. Advertising or mass promotion of referral codes is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate exclusion from IQOS CLUB. PMOP reserves the right to deactivate codes based on investigation results and, in cases of misuse, cancel any previously earned results using such codes. Any member whose referral code is deactivated automatically loses the right to participate in IQOS CLUB.

7.7 PMOP will collect, store, and otherwise process your personal data in connection with the administration of the IQOS CLUB program and your participation in it. For full program service, you will receive notifications from IQOS CLUB regarding the program.

You agree to the following:

•    You will not misuse the IQOS CLUB program, including its services and Benefits;

•    You will not fraudulently obtain badges or Benefits;

•    You will treat our staff and the staff of our Business Partners politely and respectfully;

•    You will keep your membership account secure;

•    You will comply with applicable law; and

•    You will comply with these General Terms.


8. Term and Termination

8.1 Your IQOS CLUB membership begins on the day you register on the IQOS CLUB platform and continues while your registered Device is within its warranty period and/or you remain an active member, meaning during any six-month period in which you purchase at least one IQOS product and/or respond to one notification or message from us (Active Member). After your Device’s warranty expires and you cease to be an Active Member, your IQOS CLUB membership will automatically expire within four weeks of inactivity to allow you to use any unused vouchers and/or Benefits obtained during your membership.

8.2 You may terminate your IQOS CLUB membership at any time with immediate effect by notifying PMOP (email: contact.rs@iqos.com; phone: 0800 800 808).

8.3 If you violate the General Terms, PMOP may terminate your IQOS CLUB membership at any time with immediate effect. PMOP may also terminate your membership for any reason 30 days after providing notice.

8.4 After termination or expiration of your membership, you will no longer be entitled to any IQOS CLUB services or Benefits, except those under the IQOS CARE PLUS program, which will remain valid until your Device’s warranty expires. All unused vouchers and Benefits will automatically be canceled within four weeks.


9. Warranty/Disclaimers/Limitation of Liability

9.1 Since IQOS CLUB membership is free, it is provided as-is without any warranties.

9.2 PMOP makes no representations regarding any income, usage, excise, or other tax obligations you may have as a result of your IQOS CLUB membership. You are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from your membership, voucher redemption, or receipt of Benefits.

9.3 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PMOP shall not be liable in tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), contract, misrepresentation, restitution, or otherwise for any direct losses, loss of profits, sales, revenue, or savings, business interruption, reputational harm, data loss or alteration, purely economic losses, or any special, indirect, or consequential losses, costs, damages, or expenses arising from your IQOS CLUB membership or use of its services or Benefits. PMOP shall not be liable for any such losses even if you have notified PMOP of the possibility of such losses.

9.4 Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.


10. Ownership and Risk

10.1 Ownership of badges and Benefits remains with PMOP at all times and never transfers to you. You have the right to use Benefits in accordance with these General Terms.

10.2 Risk associated with Benefits and vouchers passes to you once you redeem the Benefit or voucher.


11. Non-Transferability

11.1 Unless explicitly stated in writing by PMOP for a specific Benefit, badges, vouchers, and Benefits cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or traded. They cannot be bought, sold, exchanged, or otherwise transferred to any third party, including other members, unless specifically authorized. PMOP may cancel any badges, vouchers, or Benefits traded in this manner.

11.2 Any attempt to sell or transfer badges, vouchers, or Benefits contrary to these General Terms constitutes a violation and will result in immediate termination of your membership.


12. Miscellaneous Provisions

12.1 Since IQOS CLUB membership is free, it is provided as-is without any warranties.

12.3 PMOP reserves the right to suspend or terminate your right or the right of any person suspected of using the IQOS CLUB program in a manner inconsistent with these General Terms or applicable law. In addition to suspension or termination, PMOP may take administrative and/or legal action as deemed necessary at its discretion.

12.4 PMOP’s failure to enforce these General Terms shall not constitute a waiver of these General Terms or any of their provisions.

12.5 Collection of badges, vouchers, and Benefits is determined by PMOP at its discretion.

12.6 Upon the death of any member, all badges, vouchers, and Benefits collected by that member are automatically canceled.

12.7 All questions or disputes regarding the right to use the IQOS CLUB program, availability of Benefits, or compliance with these General Terms will be resolved by PMOP at its discretion. PMOP’s decision is final.

12.8 PMOP is not responsible for any inaccurate or incorrect information you provide during participation in the IQOS CLUB program or for any lost or misdirected communication related to the program.

12.9 You are responsible for maintaining up-to-date contact information in your IQOS CLUB account.

12.10 Notices from PMOP under this document may be delivered in writing, including by email.

12.11 These General Terms are governed by the laws of the location of PMOP’s registered office. All legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the city where PMOP’s registered office is located.

12.12 Any provision of these General Terms declared invalid or unenforceable by any competent authority or court shall, to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability, be deemed severable and shall not affect the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

12.13 In case of any conflict in meaning between the English version of these General Terms and the Serbian version, the Serbian version shall prevail.


13. Definitions

13.1 For the purposes of these General Terms:

Active Member    means as described in Section 8.1.

Benefits    means the benefits under the IQOS CLUB program as described in Section 6.1.

Device    means an eligible IQOS device under warranty for the models listed in Section 4.2.

IQOS CLUB    means as described in Section 2.1.

PMOP    means as described in Section 2.1.

Badges    means as described in Section 7.1

Business Partners    means as described in Section 6.6.

General Terms    means as described in Section 2.1.
