Call the IQOS customer care on 0800 800 808 and explain your problem to our agents who will help you solve it.
It is very simple. You need to call the IQOS customer centre on the free phone number 0800 800 808 and unsubscribe from communication.

To change your account email address, you need first to login and visit your account page.


For updating your email, visit the “Login information” section, click on the “change email” and choose verification method (email or phone). Depending on the chosen verification method, you’ll get a verification code on your email or phone.  After changing your email address, click on the “Send Verification Email” and save the changes. Enter the verification code, and then enter the new email address.

To change your password, you need first to login and visit your account page.


For updating your password, you can visit the “Password” section and click on the “edit” icon. Confirm your current password, you can set a new one. 

You can update your address at any time via your customer account.  


You can access your customer account on IQOS.com on your account detail.  


After logging in, please navigate to "Personal Information" and click on edit icon to change your Address.

To delete your account, please contact our customer service at 0800 800 808.
Please note: Your account will be immediately deleted and will no longer be available to you.
If you have registered on IQOS.com and have given your consent for marketing communication, then you have to take out marketing opt in. Simply, go to your IQOS profile, by selecting “My account” and tick off to unsubscribe from marketing communication.
