All IQOS products ordered through our Online Store are delivered to you free of charge at your home address. Our agents will do everything possible to get the shipment to you as soon as possible.
The option for fast delivery is currently available for deliveries in the following cities: Kragujevac, Subotica, Sombor, Pančevo, Beograd, Novi Sad, Čačak, Jagodina, Vranje, Zrenjanin, Niš i Kruševac.
In case if your address is not in the delivery zone for fast delivery, the shipment will be redirected to free delivery within 3 working days.
Fast delivery is available every day from 10 AM to 10 PM. Orders placed after 10 PM will be delivered the next day after 10 AM.
The fast delivery option is available only for orders that contain at least one tobacco heating device. Fast delivery is not available for the Trade in program.
Once your order has been packed and dispatched for delivery, it will be added to the “My Orders” section of your account. After product dispatch, you’ll receive shipping confirmation with a shipment number and a link to view the current status of your shipment, to track your IQOS order.
